- Profile Notes: What I love about these bottles is that they are consistently hitting you with a flavor of spice and black pepper and long on the finish with spice throughout. The sweetness I tasted, particularly on the middle palate was not expected, but enjoyed so definitely on the sweeter side. I get the classic banana flavor on some of them, and would love a very intense banana flavor.
