Bio

Founded in 2014, Bardstown Bourbon Company’s mission was to focus on the contract whiskey market, being the first to create a collaborative whiskey-making experience. The brand produces whiskey for brands across the country, but also releases its juice under its own label.

A surprise option at our 2025 Green River pick, this barrel was a fun addition to the list of options. Our first and so far only Bardstown barrel pick, the juice is of Bardstown’s high rye mash bill.
