Bio

Cedar Ridge Distillery, located in Swisher, Iowa, is celebrated for its high-malted rye mash bill, which tends to mellow out those really distinct spicy rye notes. Operating as a winery before getting their distillation license, they are strongly rooted in using local Midwest grains and redefining what the traditional rye mash bill looks like and tastes like.
