In the backwoods of Alabama, there’s a distillery put together using old brewery equipment that Seth Dettling put together himself. The man himself is crazy enough to first start his own distillery but to then tell people that he doesn’t want them to buy his whiskey!
Full of malt chocolate notes, you won’t find this whiskey in your local liquor store, even if you’re in Alabama! Seth has one goal in mind when making his whiskey, make it the best, then horde it as much as possible.
