Bio
Spending time tasting at ASW Distillery is always such a fun adventure. The Fiddler lineup is named for the way in which their Master Distiller, Justin Manglitz, is “fiddle” with spirits across the country, and his unique skillset as an accomplished string fiddler. That being said, these bottles have not actually been “fiddled” with at all– they showed up well-balanced, and unique on their own, with each being at least 8 years old.
One of many barrels picked during our 2025 barrel pick at the ASW Distillery. This juice is distilled at MGP and aged in Georgia using the not-so-common 45% wheat bourbon mashbill. We have more bourbon and rye coming in future drops, so stay tuned!
