Nose - Light, sweet oak, baking spice, and caramel.
Palate - Vanilla leads, followed by sweet oak and warming baking spices.

Bio

Jim Beam Distillery is a huge operation, and their Knob Creek profile is pretty well-known, but it’s obviously even more exciting when you get to make your own pick on site. This barrel comes with a little more heat than some of the others we tasted and happened to be the favorite amongst the group by far. If you’re a fan of that full-flavored Jim Beam profile that only seems to enhance that true Kentucky bourbon vibe, this may be the perfect bottle for you– approachable but still bursting with character.
