Bio

Maker’s Mark, well-known for their classic hand-dipped red wax seal and unique flavor profile, may be off the beaten path compared to some of the other bigger distilleries in Kentucky. The barrel selection at Maker’s Mark is unique in that there is an element of design involved– allowing us to really customize what kind of juice we wanted. 

This barrel was the product of a labor of love– in whiskey tasting, that is– and is named after the stave option that TJ was avoiding in this blend.
