Bio

Rock Town Distillery in Little Rock, Arkansas, began its operations by immediately distilling bourbon. They love to experiment with different mashbills and flavor profiles, and as a smaller distiller, they know that making it in this business means being a “jack-of-all-trades”. Partnering with the Bardstown Distillery through their Collaborative Distillers Program enables them to scale up bourbon production while still letting those Arkansas grains shine.
