Out of North Carolina, Southern Star Distillery is a place that cares immensely about its products and its people. They pride themselves on using high-quality ingredients throughout every step of the process. Their main business is contract distilling and putting our brands other than their own, but this Paragon brand of wheated bourbon is one of the best and will be a key part of our future Oak Bowery Small Batch product.
