Bio

The pick was notorious; you may have heard the rumors. Some say TJ turned into a superhuman, while others claim JRock took the company card and went wild. But last summer, when we left Starlight with 11 barrels, whatever happened was a minor miracle.

For this bourbon, it was finished in a triple sec barrel, a finish not seen much out in the wild. This won’t be the last of some rather unique finishes coming from Starlight, and they only get better from here!
