Bio
Operated by the Huber family, Starlight Distillery, located an hour north of Louisville, could be called one of the largest small distilleries in the country. The farm produces everything from whiskey to pumpkins, and the brand has no limits on what it is willing to create using finishes or blends.
Our final bourbon from our 2024 barrel pick is epic at Starlight Distillery. We picked over a dozen barrels that day, but all good things must come to an end.
