Tasting Notes

Nose: Very slight wheat funk, caramel with sweet oak, baking spice
Palate: caramel forward, sweet oak in the middle, some slight spice on the finish

Bio

Starlight Distillery is co-located at the Hubar’s Wineery just 30 minutes north of Louisville, Kentucky. It’s one of the largest small producers in the country, putting out products across the Midwest with an endless list of finishes and ideas.

We’re finally getting to the last of our Starlight single barrels that were all picked on the same day back in 2024. Brewzle Starlight barrels may come a little rarer this year, so if you’re a fan, make sure to pick up this wheat whiskey, the only of its type in the group that was picked.
