Palate: Sweetness up front, apple peel and peach in the middle, caramel, slight peach on the finish

Based in Columbus, Ohio, the regional brand is working to own its backyard, growing to meet demand as a small craft producer in a region not really known for its bourbon.
There were some heated discussions during the picking of this barrel. The top barrels were all so good, but in the end, everyone agreed on this one. And there is one more in the works coming sometime in the near future that is just a little older.
